Non-Dom Accountants

Privacy policy

Last updated: 28 July 2026

In short: we collect what you type into the enquiry form and use it only to answer you. We do not sell it, and we do not pass it to a panel of other firms.

1. Who we are

Non-Dom Accountants operates this website at https://www.nondomaccountants.co.uk. The accountancy services described here are delivered by Tidy Money Ltd, a practice regulated by the ACCA and owned by Preetesh Parmar FCCA, which acts as the data controller for what you send through this site. Any question about this policy can be sent through the contact form, or to the practice directly at tidymoney.com.

2. What we collect

When you submit the enquiry form we collect:

  • Your name and email address, and your phone number if you give one.
  • What you tell us about your position: whether you are arriving, leaving or resident, and the foreign income, gains or assets involved.
  • Anything else you type into the free-text box.
  • The page you submitted from, and the referrer or campaign tags that brought you to the site.

We do not ask for your National Insurance number, your Unique Taxpayer Reference or bank details through this website. Those are handled directly once an engagement starts, never through a web form.

3. Why we use it, and our lawful basis

  • To answer your enquiry and quote for the work (legitimate interests): this is the reason you contacted us.
  • To deliver the work if you engage us (contract): preparing the computation, the claim and the return.
  • To meet legal obligations (legal obligation): including anti-money-laundering checks and record retention.
  • To understand which pages are useful (consent): analytics only, and only if you press Accept on the cookie banner.

4. Who sees it

Your enquiry is handled by Tidy Money Ltd, the practice that would do the work. Submissions are stored in Google Workspace, which acts as a processor on our behalf. We do not sell, rent or trade your data, and we do not share it with lead aggregators or data brokers.

5. How long we keep it

  • Enquiries that do not become engagements: 12 months, then deleted.
  • Client records: retained as long as required by UK law and professional obligations, which is generally up to 6 years after the engagement ends.
  • Analytics data: retained by Google for up to 14 months.

6. Cookies on this site

Analytics cookies are not set unless you accept them. Rejecting them does not change how the site works.

7. Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, ask us to restrict how we use it, or object to processing based on legitimate interests. Send the request through the contact form and we will respond within one month. If you are not satisfied you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.

8. Security and transfers

The site is served over HTTPS and access to enquiry data is restricted to the people who need it. Some processors, including Google, may process data outside the UK. Where that happens we rely on the safeguards those providers offer, including standard contractual clauses. No transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Changes and contact

If this policy changes, the date at the top of the page changes with it. Anything about privacy, a security issue, or a general enquiry all go through the contact page. We do not publish a mailbox on this domain, so the form is the route in.
